Donations made and gifts sent throughout the school year... please notify John Zurka or Jill Adams of deaths in our U.T.E.A. members' families, births, marriages, accidents, illnesses or surgeries that require our members to be hospitalized (any length of time) or at home for 10 or more consecutive school days. Gifts:   Marriages - Card              Births - Card              Illnesses/Surgery              Deaths - Charity Donation (spouses, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, m/f in-laws)                              Only one donation per family              Deaths - Card (member's in-laws, other than m/f in-laws)
